Eric's feet have really been bugging him. They never got fully better after his last surgery. On one foot he had a bunion removed. It was really sharp, even the doctor was surprised at how sharp it was. His other foot was popping every time he would walk barefoot and was hurting, the doctor couldn't tell what was wrong exactly from the x-ray but thought it could be the cartilage, he wouldn't know for sure unless he went in there and saw it. Eric was bothered enough by it that it wanted to do the surgery. When the doctor went in and finally could see what was going on it turned out to be scar tissue that was underneath some nerves that was causing the problem. He chose not to do anything about it though because it would have just caused more issues than help. It would have created more scar tissue (which Eric's body has no problem doing) and with those nerves being right there it could have seriously damaged something. Another interested thing that happened was that during the operation something malfunctioned with his IV and he woke up. He said that his arm hurt so bad and he told the doctor to stop what he was going cause he was awake. The IV fluid was going into his tissue and it caused his arm to swell a lot and he had to have that wrapped up all day as well.
| He got to wear these beauties for a week and a half. |
His feet are feeling better every day and hopefully he can start feeling normal again soon.
