Christmas 2015

Again these are not in order of when they happened, but it's kinda a pain to rearrange the pictures.

We had a very nice relaxing Christmas.  We stayed home and had my family come and visit later that day.  We played with all our fun things and just enjoyed each other.
This was out Christmas before we all woke up.
This is kind of a tender mercy story for me.  Abby's scooter was stolen from the school a few months ago and we have not been able to get her a new one.  We could have chosen to get her one for Christmas, but we chose to do something else instead. On Christmas eve I got a call from one of my tenants who asked me if all my girls had scooters.  He was given two scooters for his girl for Christmas and only needed the one and wanted to give us the other scooter if we were in need.  He had no idea what happened to Abby's scooter and when I shared our story he was so happy to be able to help and put a smile on Abby's face.

On Christmas Eve we spent the day with Eric's family.  We went to a movie and went sledding, had a program and acted out the nativity and had a cupcake decorating contest.

For the contest we each were given so many cupcakes and had 30 minutes to decorate whatever we wanted with the category of favorite winter activity.

This was our family's creation, do you want to build a snowman?

She makes a pretty cute sheep.

This is when we went sledding earlier.  Kyla was the first one ready to be done (out of my kids at least) and Lily was the last.  She had such a blast.
This is from our ward party.  Santa and Mrs. Claus came and visited.

Our library had a Polar Express night where they made crafts and met Santa and could watch the movie.

We also went to the temple square lights.  We went with Rachel, Richard and his kids and Heather and Nathan and their kids and Randy and Christine.  It was nice, we hadn't been for a while and it' so pretty.

I for the life of me could not keep clothes on Lily and she insisted on being in the picture.  Geesh.
