June 2022

Summer reading kickoff party at the library. Kyla too her friend along. Much fun was had. Chalk fight, movie in the park and lots of games and activities.

I signed Mia and Lily up for the art classes the library put on during the month of August. They learned about different artists and used different techniques and modes of art.

As part of the library kickoff party you can join the summer reading program. One of the things Kyla needed to do was read to someone. She tried to read to Korra, but she didn't cooperate. So she read to the turtle instead.

For Kyla's birthday this year we went to Benson Marina and played in the water. Kyla brought a friend along.

Random picture of Eric on my phone :)

Happy birthday Kyla! 13 years old. Officially a teenager.

Rootbeer floats to celebrate

Matching tattoos.

We went for a ride in the canyon as a family.

Another trip to Benson Marina, this time with some family.

Two of my brothers and I went to the temple and did an endowment session together. Afterward we had lunch. We went to visit Rachel who was sick so Rich could give her a birthday present.

Played at the Naylor pond with some family. It was super windy and a little chilly but fun was still had.

Cousin time. They were having so much fun making up weird songs and dances.

Never turn your back on your uncle.

Abby and Kyla went to girls camp for a week. It was at Heber Valley. I don't have a bunch of pictures to had, but hey had a good time.

I've been trying my hand at rock painting. Here's my cactus garden.

Pool time as a family.

Went to play in the water at Glendale Reservoir with family. Mia was the only one to successfully go off the rope swing.

Kyla didn't go up high enough to make it out the the water.

Finally got around to taking some pictures of Lily in her baptism dress at the temple.
