4th Of July And Other Happenings

So on July 3rd we went over to Eric's brother's place and had dinner with them and watched the fireworks from their place. Very nice view. Abby couldn't decide if she liked them or not, 3/4 of the time she hid under the blanket, but the rest of the time she would say whoa and big and name the colors. Kyla was happy as long as the person holding her was standing up then fell asleep. (On this day Abby decided which clothes she was going to wear and ironically she chose a white shirt, red pants, and blue socks!)

We set off a few fireworks during the day and this was Abby's reaction.

One day, for whatever reason, Abby woke up at 3 am and didn't fall asleep again until 12:30 pm, she fell asleep as she was trying to get off of my bed, she didn't quite make it.

Abby is not afraid of dirt, she was playing with her cousins and her and Jacey were coated with wet sand.Today Abby decided that she wanted to play in the snow and dressed accordingly. She just wouldn't listen to me when I told her that it is summer and there isn't any snow.Yes Kyla is still here, I'm just really bad at taking pictures but she is doing good, growing way too fast! She does like to keep us busy though. This is her yawning. Abby is being a super good sister to her. She wants to help take care of her and talks to Kyla when she starts crying and says things like smile and sshh. It is so cute, and sometimes it does calm her down.
