October 2022

General Conference weekend! It's nice with the girls getting older, watching them really listen and learn.

Had to go to the park in between sessions to let out some energy still
Lily brought home this awesome mustache from school. She rode her bike home with it on.

Tremonton's pumpkin walk

Logan's pumpkin walk and corn maze/ haunted hollow with my family. We also had lunch and rode 4 wheelers out in Newton in between activities.

left my phone alone again...

was at the orthodontist and Lily got her head stuck in this chair.
So for 4 days I was in California going to a business conference. While I was away the girls had fall break ad played. Korra spent time with her cousins and grandparents. They also all went camping. I was surprised he wanted to attempt that on his own, but he did and it went great and they had a good time.

My pictures aren't in order. I went to this conference with two other ladies. They were great fun to get to know. We got to California Wednesday morning and had a heck of a time getting our rental car. But we finally did and once we did we headed to our hotel where we were staying and where the conference was. We got there just in time to make it to the first session. I actually learned a lot at the conference and enjoyed myself. We were right next to the beach (seriously right next to it, just walk across the street) so we did visit the ocean once. But it was pretty cold and rainy most of the time so we didn't get to go as much as we had hoped. The conference served amazing food. We got to participate in a habitat for humanity project and went on another adventure in our car to try and find ice cream at 9:30 pm. Friday was our last day at the conference, but we had another day to spend doing whatever we wanted before heading home. We drove to our next hotel, had dinner and went shopping at...Target. Hahaha. Saturday we had a celebrity bus tour scheduled. It was of course raining the whole time! The bus does not have windows or a roof. We covered up and enjoyed the ride. I'm not into celebrities and didn't really recognize some of the people's house that were pointed out, but the bus driver was flipping hilarious so it made up for it. After the tour and walking up and down the stars and visiting the Chinese theater we had lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. Then we returned our rental car, a lot easier than picking it up, and waited at the airport fr our flight home. Had some turbulence on the way home, but nothing too bad and got home late at night. Had to stop and get gas and a quick dinner at Maverick then I made it home around midnight.

Picking out pumpkins!

I love all the activities our town does, we attending a cookie decorating class.

Main street tick or treating.

My brother Rich turned 40! Ashley put together a big surprise party and rented out a theater for friends and family. My brother Cliff flew in and surprised him too. It was a lot of fun and the most fancy theater I've ever been to.

The next weekend we celebrated Cambree's birthday and carved pumpkins down in Orem.

Happy Halloween! We went trick or treating. And they made out like bandits.
