These pictures are not in chronological order, but oh well. April was busy. My niece Ashley had one last family huzza before leaving on her mission to Texas.
Lots of pictures were taken but my mother-in-law wanted to get a picture with her two sisters and two daughters. Jason (Ashley's dad) whipped off his shirt and jumped in the picture. Cheryl's reaction is priceless. Everyone started cracking up once they realized what was happening.

Baby Animal Days! Love spending time with cousins.
Dang it. Korra threw the whole thing in there.

Gwen and Lily playing the piano.

Back patio fun! Smores.
Happy birthday to my Mia Moo! She is now 10 and still loving life. She had a movie theater party with a bunch of friends. Much fun was had...that was a lot of girls.

It was dress up day at school with what you wanted your future career to be. Mia dressed as Eric because she wants to do what her daddy does and Lily was a zookeeper. But really she just wants to work with wolves.

We put together our own Easter egg hunt
for the girls outside at our apartment complex. They also did an Easter egg hunt at their Grandma Tine's house.

More baby animal day shenanigans.
One scary thing that happened was we lost Mia and McKenna! They were not even lost together. Mia told me she was going to the bathroom, but I didn't hear her and we kept moving along to different things and she couldn't find us where we last were. We were about to do a group picture and I kept getting a phone call from an unavailable number. Like over and over, so I finally answered it and it was a police officer saying they had Mia. Mia found a police officer and told them she was lost and gave them my number. So proud of her!! I ran to go get her, feeling like mom of the year when low and behold McKenna was right there too! So glad they were safe. On the up side since I had no idea she was missing I wasn't worried or stressed at all...but poor Mia was upset.

Korra asked for Mickey Mouse.

Doing some service for Grandma and Grandpa. Filling in the hole.

The others played.

We had another nailed it competition, Easter edition. They had two cupcakes they had to replicate, a bunny butt and carrots. One of my girls just put carrot sprinkles on for that one. Hahaha.

Mia and I tried our hand at some rock art that we learned about from watching the Friend to Friend.
Christ and the others on the cross

Mary crying because Jesus was gone not realizing at first he was right there.

Christ is in the tomb and there is the angel and the guards on the other side.

Christ in the tomb an the guards.

Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane atoning for our sins.

Christ riding into the city on a donkey.

So we came home one night to find firefighters RIGHT behind our apartment putting a grass fire out! Glad someone noticed it and they got to it quick before it spread!
