Easter And Some Randomness

This is how Mia fell asleep one night, holding on to her daddy's foot with her head under the pillow.

While I was doing laundry Mia decided to take a ride, she had a lot of fun in there.

I've never really done anything for St. Patrick's day, but wanted to this year so the girls and I made a leprechaun trap. They were so excited to catch one and had it all worked out, it was a very elaborate plan which included leprechauns having sticky feet. They didn't catch one, but found gold coins and Lucky Charms cereal that morning, they enjoyed making sure everyone had some green on.

Getting ready to do an Easter egg hunt with Eric's family Kyla pulled a shelf onto herself and gave herself a pretty bad cut. We took her to instacare and she got 3 stitches. Poor girl, she cried real hard when she got the cut, but was such a trooper at the doctors. She was so impatient waiting for the doctors to come in but didn't cry and answered their questions and when the doctor started sewing and she could feel it (they thought that it was numb enough but it wasn't) she let them know calmly and got the shots and they said they don't see many three year olds who are so good and have such great coping skills, most of the time they have to strap kids down.

Abby had a lot of fun at school the Friday before Easter, they went on an egg hunt in the library and met the Easter bunny (which she informed me was not the real Easter bunny, just a guy dressed up) and she made these ears which she modeled for me.

The Saturday before Easter one of our neighbors hosts an Easter egg hunt for all the children in the neighborhood. We took the girls to it and they had fun.
