Valentines

For Abby's school they had a Valentines Tea, it's something they put together to help teach manners and etiquette.  They teach the boys to pull the chair out for the girls and get them their food.  They also have a dance and wear their best clothes.  They do this for all the grades and it goes all day.  That P.E. teacher was probably tired from dancing all day.

There are way more girls in Abby's class than there are boys so there were at least two, sometimes three, girls for each boy to escort.

On Valentine's Day the girls woke up to a few presents and treats and we made pink heart pancakes for breakfast and heart sandwiches for lunch.

We had a parent teacher conference on Valentine's Day so Eric and I didn't do or plan anything.  The day after, however, Eric surprised me by getting someone to watch the girls for like half of the day and we spent some nice quality time together.  It was very nice.  Thanks Cheryl, Christine, and Randy!
